Massload has been producing custom force sensors and loadcells for well over a decade. These loadcells are in use in numerous industrial environments and have proven themselves to be very robust. Our skilled engineering department will study your situation and build you the most suitable loadcell for your application. Each loadcell is machined, heat treated, zinced, wired, factory calibrated and tested in a batch of strenuous tests that ensure the cell will have a long and accurate life. When the cell passes all the tests, a calibration and quality assurance certificate is issued, and the loadcell is shipped to you. The following is a small sample of the custom loadcells that we have experience manufacturing.

Pin loadcells are a versatile force sensor with a variety of uses. We have designed and sold a number of these cells ranging in capacity from 500lbs to 50,000lbs. We can finish the loadcell to your specification. Mostly chrome, zinc, and anodized are typical finishes. If the cell will be immersed in a chemical or salty environment, we will have the cell made out of stainless steel.

Output Signal Options:

Massload has developed a number of output signals. Standard loadcells use mV/V outputs (4 wire). We also offer 4-20mA current loop outputs (2 wire), and 0-10V outputs. Any of these signals is industry standard. You can pick the type you prefer for your application.
